New-year party “Color Party”Objective:
Uniting all the agencies and companies that belong to United
Communications Group during the New Year celebration, strengthening “team
spirit”.

Tasks:
Organizing a thank-you
party for the employees, making them realize their meaningfulness in common
business, and feel valuable and beloved employees.
Methods:
Conception of the holiday
was developed on the basis color palette. Each of the agencies determined a primary color from
the gamut of the corporate style. The dress-code required presence of this
color in clothes or accessories. This
measure formed the aesthetic constituent of the conception and, at the same
time, conveyed a rational function. People from different agencies, before not
acquainted, could easily identify which agency everyone belonged to.
The Party invitation was designed as a symbolical sheet of a pontoon ruler that named the agencies of the company and corresponding colors. The entertaining program consisted of creative competitions “One-color Planet”, “Shooting-gallery of colored desires”, “Color ocean”. Sceneries and treating were also “varicolored”. Results:
